Delivery

Our products are all sold in a digital format. Please use your correct information before purchasing so the products can be delivered to you with no issues. Once you have finalised your payments, please allow up to 24 hours for the products to be delivered to your email. If you do not provide the correct information, then we are not liable for any product you do not receive.

Payments

Once the process is confirmed, the purchase transaction will appear in your bank account under BUSINESSSMART.

Refunds

However, if unfortunately the product that you purchased was not what you had in mind, please get in contact with our support team who will be able to take you through next steps. To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours we are regrettably unable to provide you with a full refund.

Please note that it is at our discretion as to whether we will offer a refund.
